GDPR Q&A
With the implementation of GDPR we want to assure you that we handle your personal information respectfully and transparently.
To ensure that no one is left wondering considering our practices that the new EU regulation encompasses we have compiled some questions you might have below along with our answers.
What is GDPR?
GPDR is short for General Data Protection Regulation and is an EU regulation which becomes enforcable after May 25th 2018. In short, it amps up the level of transparency and privacy that is required from companies when processing and storing personal data.
Are you storing my personal data?
We have prepared for the implementation of GDPR and we have taken every precaution to be 100% compliant with the new regulations. First of all, Result is targeting companies rather than individuals, which consequently means that we store a very limited amount of personal data. The simple answer is that we only store your personal data if you have given us your explicit consent.

Article 15 of the GDPR (right to access) gives individuals the right to access their personal data from any company accompanied by information on how it's processed within the company.

Article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure) gives individuals the right to request the erasure of their personal data. The GDPR does however limit this right if none of the criteria listed here are met.

You are at any time welcome to contact us at [email protected] if you would like us to inform you what data of yours we are storing and if you would like for us to remove it.
How do you process video material in respect to GDPR?
Practically all of our recorded video material is recorded in closed premises where the ones being filmed, either our own staff or our clients' staff, are aware of the fact that they are being filmed and have been informed of why. GDPR allows this type of video recording without written consent if the video recording is made implicit (e.g. through signs or visible camera setups).

The few times we film in public we make sure that the people who are caught on camera and haven't given us their explicit consent are legal adults who aren't engaging in an activity that's personal or private. As long as their appearance is brief and incidental this exempts us from the obligations regarding personal data, even after the GDPR becomes enforceable. We care for your privacy and would never feature anyone prominently who hasn't given us their consent or isn't in a physical space or situation (e.g. events) where our recording is implicit.
Our operations build on trust between both companies and individuals. That's why we strive for transparency at all times.
